A recent issue with our automated build process caused Video Volume X to be uploaded without essential development dependencies. This resulted in the plugin not functioning correctly in RPG Maker MV or MZ. 

We've identified and resolved the problem. The plugin has been updated with the necessary dependencies and is now working as intended.
